It combines clinic treatment with self-help exercises to provide clients with long-lasting effective relief from chronic pain. including RSI, headaches & neck pain, back pain, pelvic pain, leg & knee pain, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome and scar tissue complications.

Practical Myofascial Release (PracMFR) Neck & Shoulders

Practical Myofascial Release (PracMFR) for Thai Yoga Massage

Courses for therapists with no prior myofascial release training but who already hold a thai yoga massage qualification. These courses focus on myofascial techniques adapted to floor based treatment and have been developed in association with The School of Thai Yoga Massage.

Other Myofascial Release (MFR) Training

Therapists who come on our courses often also have other prior myofascial training. We choose to list some therapists who have not trained with us because we recognise their level of myofascial release experience as equivalent to our training.
