Your data is handled by our administrative staff and our therapists. Your data includes treatment notes, medical and personal data, which will be referred to by any of our therapists who may treat you.

If you have given us permission, we will send you occasional news updates and offers exclusive to Pain Care Clinic. We do not share you data with any other third party unless we are legally or professionally obliged to do so. If you have not give us this permission, we will only contact you by email and/or text to remind you of upcoming appointments, and changes to our business that may directly affect you, for example, a change of clinic location or appointment, or a price increase.
