Each class is dedicated to one specific topic – this time it’s All About Forearms


In this class we cover:

  • Understanding what the different types of problems there are affecting Forearms and their typical symptoms – repetitive strain injury (RSI), bursitis, golfers & tennis elbow, tendinopathy

  • What causes problems with Forearms

  • How is fascia involved and what you can do to help yourself

  • Practice simple and effective myofascial exercises to help
