  • Understanding what the different types of Leg & Foot problems there are and their typical symptoms – groin strain, runner’s knee, shin splints, ankle sprain, plantar fasciitis

  • What causes Leg & Foot problems

  • How is fascia involved and what you can do to help yourself

  • Practice simple and effective myofascial exercises to help
